Behavior Technician

Position Summary:

The Behavioral Technician provides direct 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities across home, school, community, and clinic settings. This role implements treatment programs, collects data, assists with parent training, and collaborates with the Behavior Analyst to support client progress and treatment goals.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Position Summary:

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) develops and oversees ABA treatment programs, conducts behavioral assessments, supervises clinical staff and practicum students, and supports client progress across home, clinic, and school settings.


Requirements: Master's degree in ABA or related field, active BCBA certification in good standing, and Michigan professional licensure as applicable.

Office Assistant

Position Summary:

The Office Assistant supports daily clinic operations by providing front desk coverage, maintaining schedules, tracking session data, processing time adjustments, and ensuring records are accurate and up to date. This role assists with administrative tasks, supports staff and visitors, and helps maintain efficient day-to-day operations.


Requirements: Availability to work Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM is required.

Lead Behavior Technician

Position Summary:

The Lead Behavioral Technician provides direct 1:1 ABA therapy while serving as a mentor and resource for Behavioral Technicians. This role supports staff training, treatment implementation, data collection, and clinic operations to ensure high-quality service delivery and treatment integrity.


Requirements: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Employed with the company for a minimum of one year. Available to work a full-time schedule of 40 hrs a week.
